About us
50 Years And Counting
Since 1970, Geissberger Farmhouse Cider has been crafting sweet apple cider. In 2012, we upgraded our equipment, transitioning from a stationary cider mill to Ontario's first and only Mobile Apple Cider Mill.
In 2022, we obtained our winery license, allowing us to expand our offerings to include a variety of alcoholic beverages such as hard ciders, apple wines, and wine spritzers.
By 2023, we had inaugurated our new Farm Store located at 5301 Langmaid Road, Hampton, ON, featuring a tasting area where customers can sample our full range of ciders.
Our apple cider is exclusively made from apples sourced from the Region of Durham, never from concentrate. We collaborate closely with the Durham Health Department, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Canadian Food and Inspection Agency to ensure our cider is both healthy and safe for consumption.
